Hi, I'm Rachel Randolph

—a communication coach for thoughtful, introspective humans who want their voice to feel like home, as well as an elegant spiritual badass with chaotic undertones.
I didn’t start doing this work because I read a book or took a class. I started because I was drowning.
At 26, I was diagnosed with chronic anxiety and depression and prescribed Zoloft. I remember standing in my therapist’s office, being told I had a chemical imbalance—and that I’d probably be on medication for the rest of my life. I left feeling hopeless. The medication made everything worse. The suicidal ideation deepened. And then my therapist ghosted me.

So I started a free Meetup group. No courses. No coaches. Just real humans talking about anxiety, connection, and what it’s like to feel trapped in your own mind.
That group changed my life.

From there, I started helping people one-on-one. Not because I had the answers—but because I needed the questions. I studied NLP to understand how the mind actually works. I built on my years of mindfulness, meditation, and journaling.
And slowly, I started putting the pieces together. Communication wasn’t just about what we say. It was about the inner world we never say out loud. The nervous system patterns, the beliefs, the emotional noise. And most of all—how we talk to ourselves.
So I began combining what actually worked:
✨ Introspection (self-inquiry)
🌀 Mindfulness tools (self-regulation & reflection)
🔮 Energetic attunement (intuition, connection)
🗣 Practical communication skills (listening, speaking, presence)

And things started to shift. I spoke up. I stood up. I left toxic dynamics. I quit the job that made me feel small. I launched my business. I healed relationships I thought were lost. And I stopped feeling broken. I created The Spec Method because I believe communication is more than just words—it’s liberation.
It’s the way we reclaim our power, one honest conversation at a time. And it starts with the voice inside.
